Midwestern Council of Sports Car Clubs is calling all members, racers, and volunteers! We will be hosting the April 2021 Midwestern Council Driver's School at Blackhawk Farms Raceway. This school will include sessions for Wheel to Wheel Closed-wheel and Open-wheel cars. You will spend the entire day either on the track or receiving constant feedback from experienced instructors. Wheel to Wheel students will receive an MC (MCSCC) 2021 Novice Competition License upon successful completion, and can sign up for the race on Sunday! HPDE/Autocross Practice sessions (without instruction) are also available with a limit of 15 cars, as well as a limited number of W-W Track Time slots for those who want to tune up and shake out the cobwebs before the first race Sunday,

The Wheel-to-Wheel Drivers School has two parts. A required classroom session will be conducted online with an online quiz at the end of the classroom session. This classroom session provides drivers all the information that they will need to pass the test and on-track portions of the school. This will cover flags, passing, basic cornering techniques, and much more!

The online portion of the school is optional for Autocross/HPDE and Track Time attendees, who are welcome to sit in as well if desired. Then please be at the track early AM on Saturday and prepared for a long but rewarding day!

A current medical form is required before hitting the track. The MC 2021-22 form is available here and can be uploaded (scan or photo) when you register. We also accept SCCA and FAA medicals.

MCSCC does not guarantee that a student will receive a wheel-to-wheel competition license. MCSCC has licensing reciprocity with other racing organizations, because of this, MCSCC considers the licensing standards and requirements of other organizations in addition to its own standards and requirements.
