Prime Rib-12oz - Slowly roasted Angus prime, served with au jus.
Chicken Princess- Breaded, topped with asparagus and Monterey jack cheese.
Salmon Fillet- Baked with a bourbon maple glaze, topped with crisped spinach.
Mushroom Ravioli- Gourmet Ravioli, fresh zucchini, squash and broccoli florets in a tomato basil buerre blanc.
