MSCC Autocross #2 cohost SCCR

6/03/2020 Update: COVID-19 Supplemental Regulations (subject to change):

1. Follow all rules and directions
   1. These are nonnegotiable, if you do not abide by the rules, you will not participate
   2. We will be an example as the first group back to Madison International Speedway and are required to follow Dane County’s phasing plan: publichealthmdc.com/coronavirus
2. Stay home if you are sick or have flu symptoms
   1. Visibly sick people will not be allowed on the premises
   2. You may cancel your online registration before the event with no fee
   3. Notify the registrar as soon as you can to allow the next person on the waitlist to join
   4. You will not get a refund unless you cancel or notify
3. Print your event waiver in advance or bring your own pen to sign at the track

4. Social distancing of 6-feet minimum will be in effect
   1. Park at least one car width or one stall (if marked) from other cars
5. No spectators, no passengers
   1. The venue has limited operating capacity and we will use it for drivers only
   2. No passengers will be allowed during autocross runs for social distancing
6. Supply and bring your own face covering
   1. Your mouth and nose are required to be always covered on the property (mandatory)
   2. Wear your face covering when you enter the premise, before check-in
7. Supply and bring your own helmet
   1. Loaner helmets are not available, and you need a helmet to race
   2. A face covering is required with an open-face helmet
   3. A face covering needs to be in place immediately after removing a closed-face helmet
8. Supply and bring your own autocross numbers/tape
   1. Affix numbers to the car before you enter as this is how we will check you in
9. Recommended items to bring
   1. Hand sanitizer to keep near you
   2. Water and lunch (alcohol prohibited)
   3. Sun protection
   4. Gloves for corner working
10. Offsite aggressive driving will not be tolerated
    1. You will be prohibited from participation if seen or heard disobeying public laws or the following:
       1. No burnouts, no tire squealing, no loud nor excessive engine revving
       2. Also applies to paddock and grid (speed limit is 10 mph)
11. Online registration and payment only
    1. No onsite payment (no cash, no check)
    2. Make sure your name, car info, and payment are correct
    3. Ask questions via email before the event
    4. Waitlist will be administered by first in, first out

THE EVENT SCHEDULE IS ADJUSTED AS FOLLOWS:

7:30 - 9:00 AM: ONSITE CHECK-IN

7:45 - 9:30 AM: TECH INSPECTION

10:30 AM: MANDITORY DRIVER'S MEETING

11:30 AM: TIMED RUNS START
